The location was perfect, with easy access to popular theme parks, shopping, and sports entertainment. The hotel's proximity to the ESPN's Wide World of Sports Complex made it convenient for us to enjoy various sporting events, offering an ultimate sports experience for the whole family.

My wife says that the hotel could enhance the family experience by incorporating more interactive activities for kids, as my children wished for a dedicated play area within the property where they could have fun while we relaxed.

The breakfast is exceptionally nice with lots of things to eat and drink. The room is luxurious and equipped with a coffeemaker, a living room, and a safe.

An enchanting hotel, fabulous views, magnificent location in the Mardi Gras parade. Reasonably spacious and fully functional room with a jacuzzi bathroom.

Pleasant and fairly clean place, exceptional view of the park. Good area, very central location just next door to the markets, and all the Disney / universal parks. 15 minutes' walk to Ripley's Believe it or Not. The full-service restaurant on the premises.

I chose The Point Hotel & Suites Universal for its convenient location near The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Surprisingly, the poolside Cabana Bar and Grill offered a delightful dining experience with a variety of appetizers and drinks, perfect for the whole family to enjoy.

The hotel was high-class, the staff was professional, really good experience overall. Extremely clean building and rooms with king bed. Savoury meals with alcoholic drinks. Best possible location, very very nice area, very close to theme parks, the Kissimmee area, and restaurant.

The rooms are spotless and new-fashioned with a jacuzzi tub and all the comforts, as example, I'd say, good value. It has lovely breakfasts and incredible staff from check-in to check-out.

the location was perfect, just a few minutes away from Universal, the malls, and outlets. the suite we booked was well appointed and comfortable, with a full kitchen, balcony, and even a washer and dryer. the pool area and gym were impressive, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. overall, a great experience for our Orlando getaway.

Very polite staff from check-in to check-out and new-fashioned rooms with the “ mattress ” up, large bathroom, even silverware.

Gorgeous and fairly clean hotel, exceptionally comfortable beds. Stunning location next to everything, and 15 minute walk from Midway. And close enough to a store as well as Orlando. Lots of food in the property, full-service restaurant. Smooth check-in, late check-out. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

I loved the fabulous fitness center with its interactive programs and the helpful staff who arranged everything from dry cleaning to restaurant recommendations. The nearby theme parks were a blast!

Water emergency? No problemo! 14 hours without water in my room was such a refreshing experience.

During my recent business trip, I stayed at The Point Hotel & Suites Universal, chosen by my director. The hotel truly enhanced my stay with its excellent amenities. The fitness center allowed me to unwind after a long day of meetings, and the tropical outdoor pool provided a refreshing escape. The hot tub was a welcome relief, and the on-site food and beverage options made it easy for me to grab a quick bite without having to leave the hotel.
